It’s starting. It could be pretty fucking awesome. I’ve got a bigger post planned on what I’m doing and how it’s going but for now here’s the skinny. As of today, 19th December 2010 I weigh 70.1kg My body fat is 12.3% The next few months should change that. Let’s see.

It’s been quite a year. And hasn’t it gone quick? Most internet peeps pull together their musings on their year, and I’m no different. For a fair few of my friends 2010 has been particularly awesome. Book deals, TV Shows, work being exhibited in galleries around the world and much much more to boot. I’m incredibly proud and humbled by their achievements that have all been born out of a shit load...
